We are a family & Veteran owned licensed residential general contractor focused on renovations and additions in the Denver Front Range, serving Littleton, Englewood, Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Arvada & surrounding communities. We believe in transparency, quality and reliability throughout the entire construction process from project inception to completion. We take pride in the quality of work we do and always chose the hard right over the easy wrong in every decision we make. Although the industry standard is that a construction project cannot be done fast, good & cheap, at Townsend Homes, we strive to deliver your project fast, good & fair.
Whether you only have a napkin sketch or have onboarded an Architect, Engineer and/or Designer, we can help get your project ready for a successful build. We will develop a budget, timeline and finish schedule so that everyone is working towards an achievable version of your home.
We believe that making as many decisions as possible before breaking ground allows for a smoother, more efficient construction process.
PRECONSTRUCTION
We take a very hands-on building approach and Gabe (GC / Owner), stays heavily involved in each project from start to finish. We have a rolodex of subcontractors that we have worked with and carefully vetted to ensure they meet our high standard of work.
CONSTRUCTION
Before construction demobilization on your project, we will host a thorough punch walk. We want to make sure everything is to your liking and to our standard when putting our name on a project.
We will provide you with all appropriate warranty information then get out of your hair and then let you enjoy your new home in peace!
